THE LIES THEY WONT TELL YOU ABOUT VEGAN NUTRITION

If you happen to be reading this right now I challenge you to strongly consider what I'm about to share with you, as it goes against the grain of everything you've been taught when it comes to contemporary nutrition. I'm certain that just about everything that you have read up until this point, or will read surrounding vegan nutrition has been extremely positive, with very few opposing opinions. Please read that last word for me; "opinions." It's this word alone that is the real problem with our culture and industry, and falls in line with just about everything still being promoted in the world of nutrition and training, unfortunately. Fortunately for you, I will be sharing a vast amount of information and "facts" based on research that you can ultimately rely on to clear up any ongoing confusion on the matter. I'm going to address each sub-topic of fitness that is practical on the matter, and help dismantle this topic for you once and for all. Lets get to it...
VEGANS LIVE LONGER
There really isn't any need to get lost in the woods here, as I will deliver a systematic- review from my peer reviewed book (see below). "In a study comparing the mortality rates of over 60,000 people from the United Kingdom, consisting of 18,431 regular meat eaters and 13,039 lower level meat eaters, 8516 fish eaters, 20,234 vegetarians, including 2228 vegans, mortality rates were very similar. Meaning different types of eaters died from different disease, but the age in which they died were more alike than different. “United Kingdom-based vegetarians and comparable non-vegetarians have similar all-cause mortality. Differences found for specific causes of death merit further investigation.” If that doesn't sell you on the "fact" that vegan nutrition doesn't cause any advantage in terms of longevity I don't know what to tell you. Good luck. Moreover, people would argue that red meat is a natural known carcinogen which it most definitely is, no doubt. But the very subtle and overlooked truth here is that both vegans and non-vegans die around the same time in life, but just from different causes. Please read that again. As I'm sure you probably already know, meat eaters are more prone to heart disease and cancers, while vegans kick the bucket from respiratory failures and strokes.
ARE VEGANS BETTER ATHLETES?
I will NEVER be bias towards any stance, method, or anything training related. My sole purpose is to provide anyone who follows my work with absolute truth to generate the best approach possible. With that being said, if you have any questions or concerns regarding the nuances of vegan nutrition as it applies to athletes then please read the article below, as it addresses several key factors that can make or break opting for a vegan approach.
GENDER DISCREPANCIES AND THE MEDIA....
Here is yet another fun fact related to vegan nutrition that no one really would like you to know. Especially if you are a male this day and age, because masculinity is now viewed in a very toxic and perpetually negative light. What is one of the main features of being masculine? It's safe to say that there is a definitive link between being strong and muscular to promote greater masculinity . So it would make sense that the media and the feministic movement which is and will always be running rampant, would attempt to destroy anything that could threaten their approach, and this undoubtedly includes masculine men. But I digress. What's really important right now is whether or not there is a difference in the effects between genders when utilizing a vegan approach. I want to begin by saying that there is no doubt that this type of diet works better for women, and I can only speak from the perspective of a man. I can tell you firsthand that I have never felt so weak, lethargic, and abnormal as when I attempted to use this type of diet. I followed it for about 6-8 weeks. Now perhaps I could have been deficient in areas, but there are still some fundamental truths for why males systemically respond better to meat, and why we have been so successful evolving that way for hundreds of years now.
First, when you eat meat there is a higher percentage of fat and calories that are consumed which naturally promote what is called "The Fed State." This information is compliments of Lyle Mcdonald; easily the best nutrition expert in the world. This scenario will automatically raise Testosterone levels drastically which are fundamental to every man on the planet. I suppose you could artificially attempt to mimic this result with vegan products and maybe they already have, but as you know vegan meats possess far less fat content rendering them less effective on androgenic hormone levels which are pivotal to mental health, energy, libido, disease prevention, performance, muscle growth, and much more, especially with men. Did you know that the saturated fats present in red meats and other sources yield the production of Lauric Acid which is critical to brain development?
Well I could keep going but I believe I've provided enough evidence up until this point to sell you on the topic if you are being honest with yourself. Maybe I'll elaborate more and follow up with a sequel in the future if you guys would like.
I want to close by providing some Biblical truth as well from our Creator in God. Now is where you will really love me or hate me, but I could care less, because not my religion, but rather my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is most important to me. Here is what he said on the matter.
